'You are missing some thumbnail images' message

Every time PhotoVidShow starts up, the following message appears, so I have to click OK to clear it.

'You are missing some thumbnail images used by the slide backgrounds. Re-installing PhotoVidShow may fix this problem.'

I've tried reinstalling it, but that did not solve it.

How can it be resolved?

Hi Margaret. Sounds like something has not gone quite right with the installing/uninstalling process.

Ok what i would try is:-

First, un-install PhotoVidShow. I.e. Go to the windows Control Panel and un-install PhotoVidShow from there

After this make sure the PhotoVidShow folder was deleted. i.e. Manually delete the folder c:\Program Files (x86)\PhotoVidShow.

Then install PhotoVidShow again.
