Hi
I have just downloaded and installed the latest version of PhotoVidShow on my new Windows 10 computer. When I first started the program I successfully entered my registration key, however each time I load the program it asks me to register again.
Regards,

I’m not sure why it’s doing this for you.
When you register, it will generate two files on your computer in ‘Documents/PhotoVidShow’ called ‘photovidshow run config (do not delete).txt’ , does it generate these files?
If you were to log on your computer as a different user, you would have to re-enter the key again, but I assume this is not what is going on in your case.

I wonder if the problem is due to the fact that I copied the total contents of my Documents from my old computer to my new one?
I have uninstalled PhotoVidShow from my new laptop and also deleted the PhotoVidShow folder from my Documents.
I downloaded and installed the software again then copied only the ‘’Authored’’ and ‘’Projects’’ files from my old computer.
Everything now seems to work OK.
I note that the ‘’license.txt’’ and ‘’license2.txt’’ files that are on my old computer have not been created on my new computer. Instead the two ‘’photovidshow run config (do not delete).txt’’ files have been created. Maybe there was some conflict with having all four of these files.

The ‘license’ files were renamed to the other ones instead as some users were getting confused on what these files meant. They contain information about your registration but are not your registration key.
Looking at it, I think you are right that it could cause a conflict. It can handle all 4 files ok, the problem is because the old ‘licence’ files are from a different computer which is causing your problem.
Thanks for trying things out and discovering what the issue is.
I'm glad you have got it working now.
