Hello, I've just bought a Photovidshow software - V4.3.1 and I use Windows7. I like the software but after saving my first project and then putting it onto a memory stick to play the video on my TV it does not recognize it. What do I need to do to be able to play my videos on the TV? That's the main reason I bought this software. Please help! Many thanks.
Kind regards

PhotoVidShow can create a video slideshow for TV in three different ways. Either burnt to a DVD, a Blu-ray disk or what you are doing which is to create as a video file then transfer it to a usb stick, then inserted into the TV. Can I confirm you are copying an output (created) video file to your memory stick and not your project file? I.e a .mp4 video file rather than the project .pds2 file. If unclear how to create a video .mp4 file with PhotoVidShow, then the quick start guide may help here. www.photovidshow.com/userguide/c/dev/photovidshow/user%20manual/for%204.1.5/quick%20start/quick%20start%20guide.htmlIf your TV is not recognising a .mp4 file on your usb stick, you may want to confirm the .mp4 video file works ok on your computer. I.e. play it on your computer with Windows media player etc.. If this works on your computer but not on the TV, it may suggest your TV does not support. mp4 files. You may want to check with your TV instructions. See here for more information about output types. www.photovidshow.com/userguide/c/dev/photovidshow/user%20manual/for%204.1.5/user%20guide/how%20to%20create,%20open%20and%20save%20projects/output%20type.html Thanks Stuart
