I purchased your program as one of the selling points for me, the literature stated you can record
your video/movie to memory stick/thumb drive. I have been unsuccessful in performing this operation, I don't
know what I am doing wrong. Would you please email me step by step procedure to put video/movie on to
thumb drive.
Thank you in advance.

Hi . The steps are the same as creating a video file from the quick start guide in the user manual and then copying the output video file onto a memory stick. But I'll give more steps here.
Steps to Create a video file, Put onto a memory stick and Play on TV. -Start PhotoVidShow. -Load your PhotoVidShow project file with your slideshow you created. -Make sure the ‘Output’ type located at the top of the PhotoVidShow editor window is set to ‘Video file for computer or web’ and not ‘DVD’ -Select the ‘Create video’ icon located at the top of editor window to bring up the ‘Author video wizard’ window. -Change any output settings (if you wish) or leave them to the default values, and select ‘Create’ (the default values create a 720p HD video) -Wait for your slideshow video to be created. -On the ‘Operation complete’ window, Select ‘Open file location’ to view your video file on your PC. Or navigate to this yourself on your PC. The video file will be located in ‘Documents/PhotoVidShow/Authored/ProjectName.mp4’ -Put your memory stick in your PC, and bring up a file explorer window so you can see the contents of your memory stick (pressing Windows + E button is a useful short-cut to bring up a windows File Explorer window) -Drag and drop the video file onto the memory stick via the file explorer windows. -Put your Memory stick into the usb port of your TV, or other playback device. -Your TV should have a way to play back videos from your memory stick. You may need to refer to your TV instructions on how to do this step.
It is also possible to create the video file directly onto your memory stick by changing the output folder in the ‘Author window screen’ mentioned above, but it is recommended to create it on your PC first.
Hope this of help,
