.mov FIles won't import

Trying to incorporate .mov files in my slide show..

System always has a problem and ignores the file....

Software is up-to-date..



Any suggestions.....??

This is out-of-date and upgrading to version 4.5.1 and above should fix this. Any problems let us know.
