Hello,
Could you advise me?
I am trying to burn a DVD from an existing Video TS folder on my computer.
It comes up with....
31 failure when reading DVD disk structure from the harddrive.
So I am unable to do so.
The disk I have in the DVD drive is a brand new DVD-R
Thank you,
Margaret

Hi Margaret, It means there are missing files in the VIDEO_TS folder on your hard-drive There is not much you can do from here apart from re-author/encode your project again from PhotoVidShow. Assume this is not a problem.
If you burnt the DVD previous, you should be able to rip this DVD onto your hard-drive to create another VIDEO_TS folder. This is the same as just copying the DVD, photovidshow does not create protected DVDs, so using any DVD copying software is perfectly legal.
Hope this of help
Regards Stuart

Dear Stuart,
Thank you. I don't have the original files to rebuild the Photovidshow version, so am now looking into other ways to copy the DVD.
Regards, Margaret

Ok i see, yes often the DVD software that comes bundled with the burner hardware will do simple DVD copying (non protective) If not www.magicdvdripper.com/ allows you to copy and also rip back onto hard-drive as VIDEO_TS folder. I think the free trial version allows you to Rip 4-5 times before the trial runs out, which maybe all you need. Anyway, good luck Regards Stuart
