Hi Valerie, the simplest solution maybe to just try again.
Not all versions of Windows 10 will have native DVD Video playback, so when you say it won't play on your PC, can you verify that it plays any DVD movies?
Also if you don't want to waist burning too many DVDs it maybe worth getting a few DVD-RW discs which can be erased and re-used.
Right, after saying all that there could be many different issues that can cause your problem. What you need to do, to narrow things down, is to verify the DVD image PhotoVidShow created on your hard-drive before burning to the DVD disc was valid.
Things can get a bit technical at this point, but stay with me....
The DVD image will still be on your hard-drive and is located in Documents/PhotoVidShow/"ProjectName"/VIDEO_TS.
Inside that folder should be files like 'VIDEO_TS.BUP' 'VIDEO_TS.IFO' 'VTS_01_0.BUP' 'VTS_01_0.IFO'
If these files do not exist then PhotoVidShow did not create a valid DVD image. If they are there, then it points to perhaps something wrong with your burner/blank media/ or DVD player.

There are also ways to play this DVD image on your hard-drive (to verify it more) but I will wait for feedback with what you have found so far.
Also there is a 'log.txt' file located in Documents/PhotoVidShow. If you email that to support@photovidshow.com, that may tell them more.

Thanks for replying! I will look into everything you suggested today. I managed to burn a disc with a slideshow I had made on another programme and that worked perfectly, plays on the computer and the dvd player, so if it can do that, it must be something with the settings. I will try everything you suggested, and will get back to you. Thanks.

Hi Valeria, sorry, I got that folder to look in slightly wrong it should be
Documents/PhotoVidShow/Authored/"ProjectName"/VIDEO_TS.
I can't imagine there are any settings in PhotoVidShow which would produce a disc that will not play on anything. Normally PhotoVidShow will pretty much create a DVD that is compatible with every DVD player. Also does your windows 10 PC play others video DVDs?
