I recently purchased your PhotoVidShow software (version 4.5.1). I am currently working on a project that has six slideshows in it. I was able to attach background music to the first four, but am now unable to add music to the last two or any other subsequently created slide shows. I know it is not a problem with protected or corrupt music files, as I tried to add the same music that I successfully added in the first four slide shows and it did not work for either of the last two. Also, strangely enough, I can successfully add the music files to the background of the menu - just not the slide shows... I do not receive an error - it simply doesn't add the music. Please provide me a responses as soon as possible, as the project is time sensitive.

Hi Steve, I’m not sure why this would be the case.
PhotoVidShow does not show any music added which would go beyond the length of the slideshow. So for example, if your slideshow did not contain any slides yet, then photovidshow would not show any music until you added some slides.
If not this, If you could email support@photovidshow.com with your photovidshow log file, this may tell us more. This will be a file on your PC called 'log.txt' and it will be stored in the folder 'Documents/PhotoVidShow' on your PC. I.e. right click on 'Start', select 'File Explorer', then in that File Explorer window, select 'Documents' and then select the 'PhotoVidShow' sub folder to locate the log file.
Also what happens if you select a problem slideshow, then left click the down arrow next to the ‘add background music button’ and select ‘Add or edit the slideshow music track list’ . This should then bring up a window showing the slideshow music track listing and also you can try adding music from that window.
